Great place for lessons
The digital results board is nice but the spectator section is always stuffy and unbearably hot. There isn’t any circulation up there causing us all to overheat and sweat. I thought the heat was because they turned off air circulation at our September 8:30pm nighttime swim meet. But upon returning today (October) for another swim meet starting at 3:30pm, it was only slightly less hot and miserable! The pool itself is great — clean, spacious, and well-maintained — but the customer service experience at the front desk was very disappointing. During our recent visit, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and appeared to be treating us unfairly. We were standing quietly near the glass window with our 4-year-old child, who had just woken up and was simply standing still.
