My daughter came in very sick, waiting 90 minutes at least, she was supposed to be next in line and we waited forever. The receptionist was very rude when I asked how much longer. She said if an emergency comes in they see them first, which I understand but no one looked more urgent than her. She possibly had water in her lungs after a boat accident. How much more urgent did she need to be!! Where are the good people who used to work here like Amanda?

The wait was about an hour but once I got to the back the staff were awesome!! Matthew Dulan was the greatest! He was sincere and fast acting. Great guy
So my husband was having nerve damage and I had to bring our toddler with us. Ms. Jenifer and the lady at the front were amazing at treating my husband and keeping my little one entertained.
If your hours state you're there until 8, be there until 8. Change your listed hours so people don't waste time going to an urgent care when said urgent care closes at 4:30 on a Friday instead of keeping published hours.
