My family has had to use this location a few times over the last 6 months, and they regularly have a sign out front asking people to go somewhere else. Front desk staff actively dissuades families from coming by overestimating the wait. I was there yesterday and was seen within 2 hours, but they kept turning away people by telling them that there was a 3-4 hour wait. The whole staff was lovely. I am from out of town and unfortunately ran into some food poisoning and I was not feeling good at all when I walked into the urgent care lobby. Logan, Jessica, Heather, Yolanda, and Asisa were such angels. I couldn’t have felt more cared for when I needed It most. Thank you for the hard work you all put in to your patients. I was a mess when I came in and they helped me enough to drive another 3 hours home. I couldn’t be more grateful
If your kids is under 2 dont even try coming they will turn you away as per thier policy they dont see kids under 2
Needed some ER care. They were fast and thorough.
