Not a very useful service for the county, if every time you go in, the front desk tells you that there is a 2 - 3 hour wait to be seen. And nobody in the waiting room. Very discouraging.
This urgent care specializes in turning patients away. I’ve been turned away twice now, 3-4 hours from closing, the on duty NP claiming they don’t have time to treat me. This place is poorly managed. When you can get treatment here, they’re not bad, but if you don’t show up and in the AM, there is a very good chance you’ll be turned away.
Front Desk is short, rude and unprofessional. You will deal with retaliation from her if you leave a few days before and ask for a refund. Previously waited almost 1.5 hrs and still never got back to a room. Came back today and she didnt make eye contact. Didn't say hi. Just said "I need your ID". I asked how long the wait is and she said im next to be seen. I was not. She did greet people after me as they were coming and going.
Fast help when you need it
This urgent care is awesome! I have never had a bad experience and have visited here many times with myself and my family. All the NPs are great and Dr. Costa is very thorough. They are better than my kids pediatricians office. Dr. Costa diagnosed my son with a condition that a specialist failed to do. He sent us to the right Doctor for proper treatment. Definitely an asset to the community.
