As other reviews have stated, you can hear the staff talking about patients, including yourself, before they come into the room. Nothing like hearing "what does she expect us to do about it" right before your PA comes in and dismisses you directly. Patients should not have to fight for care from arrogant uninformed practitioners.
Over 2 hour wait multiple times we've gone. Only 1 provider is there. MULTIPLE days.
I recently moved to Virginia and was not impressed by this Urgent Care's clinic staff. You could hear the providers and other staff members talking about various patients in other rooms. One of them being me. They were asking the provider if they could give me any shots so she "could practice" and the guy kept saying no to which, I believe she was an MA started complaining. Signed in and waited for close to 2 hours to get tested for flu and get meds. In that time they called in several people that signed in long after me. Ultimately, I decided to go home without being seen and just take care of myself at home. After I got home the receptionist called me. I told her I left because they were calling in people that arrived long after me. She gave me some attitude and said “we don’t do that here” and hung up.
