Low par care! This office apparently "isn't paid to push a wheel chair or collect a urine!" For an elderly patient whom has been using this office for multiple years! When this person was in the parking lot they said it was not their job due to MWHC policies. Well they are not allowed to help with clean up on accidents or collect specimens though they are equipped with a lab! I normally do all of that for the client! Myself and husband goes to bowling green Mary Washington practice we usually don’t have any issues for ourselves very pleased with customer service and patient care. I wanted to give a review today regarding customer service while calling in and asking about getting an appointment for my son. With the phone call the individual kept over taking while I was trying to ask a question and sounded like she was frustrated when I kept bringing up my child because she did state this practice does not see anyone under 17 .
