Myself and husband goes to bowling green Mary Washington practice we usually don’t have any issues for ourselves very pleased with customer service and patient care. I wanted to give a review today regarding customer service while calling in and asking about getting an appointment for my son. With the phone call the individual kept over taking while I was trying to ask a question and sounded like she was frustrated when I kept bringing up my child because she did state this practice does not see anyone under 17 . Absolutely phenomenal family practice. They are so patient and compassionate, especially to those with anxiety and special needs. Special shout out to Yolonda in phlebotomy and Esther at the front desk for being so kind. Thank you!!!!!!!
Dr. Jade was great, she listened to our concerns and was very helpful. The staff were great to and the office was easy to find.
