Not a welcoming environment at all. $183 dollars for a confirmation appointment with no confirmation because they don’t do ultrasounds in house. Reception staff had different values from the ones given by phone and immediately escalated the conversation to how over 4k would need to be paid by the next appointment not including labs. As a self pay patient in a different clinic where my money was not the only thing they asked about this was the most disappointing medical visit I ever had. Nurse midwife was nice. Never answer phone and never return voicemails
I just call this place to make an appointment because I found few weeks ago that I’m pregnant, so lady over the phone was extremely rude and annoying, first she denied to make an appointment when I told her I’m having Lower abdominal pain , she said then go to emergency room, when I request that I need to find a doctor as well , she took so much time and finally ended up giving me appointment end of June , which is very far away. Very frustrating 🙄
