Right from the beginning Tayler Williams made me feel as if she didn't trust me or that I was even in a car accident. She never asked me if I was ok. She came in seemingly defensive and asked why I didn't go to the hospital after the accident for a paper trail. When I told her I wasn't hurt and I have anxiety around trucks now, she said "You still should have went for a paper trail."
