I love Mary...she is so much more than a counselor. She has helped me with PTSD (EMDR), deal with a category 5 custody battle and legal/financial abuse, respiratory issues and allergies, and low self esteem. She has given me so many tools and is teaching me how to meditate in a way I never thought I could do or enjoy. I can't say enough about Mary and how much she has been in my corner, coaching me through so many truly difficult circumstances.
