To start Mary is wonderful and knowledgeable but the office staff is unreliable and incompetent when it comes to filing insurance before sending things off for billing and retrieving past medical records but will blame it on other practices. Hard to believe three different practices are giving the same response to the one common denominator but when I was able to call they had no issue taking care of it.
