I had my baby February 2026 at this hospital. My doctor and the nurses were great however, the room was not cleaned for the entire stay. Maybe it was cleaned prior to me going there but I am certain I saw something on the floor that would have been from a previous patient being in the room. To further add to that, I did a C Section and on my 1st night, while getting off the bed a whole pool of blood exited my body. I had a wonderful birth experience at this hospital. A special thank you to Dr. Scarborough, Nurse Rachel, and the amazing team of doctors and nurses who cared for me and my baby. Everyone was kind, supportive, and professional — I truly felt safe and cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for their compassion and excellent care!
I’m 4 days PP and I can’t brag enough about every nurse we had, Jessica and Laney were absolutely wonderful and amazing! Rachel was also outstanding! These are just the names I remember but everyone was there for me and helpful and attentive! I can’t brag enough!
My wife was left completely unattended and unassisted alone with my son multiple times for lengths up to 6 hours at the most Katy was my wife's post partum nurse Katy assumed duty the morning of March 1st. Katy informed my wife that her number to reach her if needed was not working only after my wife received her discharge papers.
