Mary was the fourth realtor I interviewed. A neighbor recommended her highly. She totally understands the uniqueness of Albuquerque's North Valley. What she did (that the other three realtors did not) was to factor into her listing price the multiple aspects of living near the river, in the county, on a lane, on a half acre, near a community center and park, in an area zoned for horses, and more. Mary sold and helped us find our current home in 2011. She negotiated an excellent purchase price and priced our home perfectly allowing us to sell in less than 4 weeks. She is incredibly responsive by cell or email. She also is an extremely funny person and makes a stressful process enjoyable. We have recommended to friends.

Mary has great knowledge of the local real estate scene, and is much in demand as an agent in our greater neighborhood. She works very hard. Sometimes her schedules conflict, so I had to wait a bit for a response from her, but never to my detriment. She also offered very good advice as to pricing and strategy.
