I'm very disappointed I wasted almost 3hrs and wasted $95 for 2xrays (digital) and no help. Literally just a I'm sorry there's nothing I can do for you today. But I don't take your insurance. And the woman trying to convince me 2,000 plus is a discount for root canal. I paid the 95$ (copay) which makes no sense for medical patients. If they said we don't take your insurance when I first made my apt I wouldn't have bothered. But I'm in pain and need help. This place is disgusting the way they handled my situation. Dr Spencer explained the treatment I needed. She made me feel very comfortable . The staff was super nice. Best of all when she numbed me I barely felt it. Thank you for a great dental visit. I am referring my parents to your office.
The staff was extremely kind and friendly even the doctor was friendly to her patients. However, only 10 minutes of sitting and waiting for the dentist in my room and I could hear her belittling and talking down to her employee right outside my room and threatening this poor employee that she will fire her! I have never heard someone speak to another person so rudely and this is a doctor threatening and talking down to her employee which is not at all allowed.
