I can’t say enough good things about Westmoreland and Slappey Animal Hospital! When my redbone coonhound ,Anna, suddenly became very sick, they didn’t hesitate to make us a priority—even as a walk-in. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. The hospital was considerate of my time, and caring and responsive to my cat. I would’ve rated them a five however, when I inquired about cost, I was told it would be about $75. When in fact the cost was three times that amount ~$250. I would have liked a courtesy call to discuss those additional tests/costs. Especially for a senior on limited income. Otherwise, the staff and facility were great.
I can not say enough great things bout Dr. Sam Paulk. He is so sweet and gentle with the animals, thorough, super friendly. The staff is always friendly and sweet with my fur babies. The wait is never long there. For as long as I live in the area I will not bring my kitties to anyone else. You guys are the best!
