1st surgery went well no issies.great bedside manner seemed truly caring..had to have a revision then things got ugly.... during a post op follow up to adress issies i began having again per his PA on record as in the state of mo you can record and in front of my advacte dr hafez broke my c6c7 lamar during surg.
