Don’t ask questions of the white coat. I needed further explanation of the procedure that was ordered, asked not to have the conversation in the lobby. Dr. Schmidt answered my questions but made me feel like it was an imposition for me to be an active of part of the decision on how to proceed. During the conversation, she proceeded to insult my internist, actually all internists. Her bedside manner following the procedure was very poor and followed suit to the original conversation.
