I was so happy they reopened! The first few times after they reopened, our food was great! Then it got to be where I said I was not going to go back! Then, of course I go back for takeout this evening with an online order pick up at 6 o’clock! I did get there a few minutes early, but I watched my food sit up there for 14 minutes only because the Cook in the back saw me standing there for about 28 minutes total and told the waitress to ask what I was waiting for. Be aware - take out orders are charging a FEE for packaging. Even the coffee I ordered charged an additional fee for the cup.
We were in the drive thru we ordered quickly than waited almost 20 minutes before leaving and in that time an eployee saw us and still did nothing to help us. We left without our food. All we ordered was a Scone and a bagel.
I was very disappointed in the sugar cookie. I was told it was frosted, and uh, it had a very hard covering over it that was supposed to be frosting. Also purchased bagel sticks as I knew they purchased the recipe from the old bagel place again, was disappointed. They just didn't taste like the bagel place at all, really doughy. It was pretty expensive for two cookies and eight bagel sticks, it was over $31
