Mary Brown represented me as the buyers attorney. She was thorough and cleared up paperwork on the sellers side that was never filed as the property was transferred years ago to siblings. After everything was satisfied, the seller could legally sell the property to me with no doubt. Mary did an excellent job on her research and representation.

Mary Brown was the sellers attorney in a real estate transaction I was involved with. She prepared a contract the end of August that stated that the home was a manufactured home and had her client sign it. In the beginning of October she claimed she didn't know the home was manufactured and had to obtain a DMV title for it. At the end of Oct., she stated a title was never issued for the home, when indeed there was a title for it. Incompetence at it's finest. Simply put, she shouldn't be an attorney. She'd be better off running a bowling alley somewhere from 1-7 in the morning.
