I chose Mary's Bride & Formal as my first stop for prom dresses for my daughters. Within 1hour both girls were extremely satisfied and very happy. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please and the seamstresses were Awesome! We had a total of three fittings and the gowns are perfect. Mary makes the visit worthwhile, she's a riot! I can see why her business has lasted throughout the years. I think from this point going forward..Mary's Bride & Formal will always be my first stop to shop!! ~MLee
Don't go there. Wedding gown was sewed crooked. They attempted to fix but not successful. They blamed it on brides back being crooked,but when measured, the right side of back of the dress is 1 inch smaller than the left. Also bridesmaid dress had multiple spots on it after they pressed it. Looked like someone eat their lunch on it.
VERY PICKY BRIDE! I've looked all around and visited many stores. The first time I went to Mary's I worked with Sandy and she picked wonderful gowns for me. When I went back a second time I wroked with Krista and she did an amazing job as well, but everyone seemed to pitch in. The other lady working reccomended a bridesmaid dress that looked great next to my dream dress. Everyone I've delt with has been extremly kind and helpful. A very energetic and exciting environment. I give Mary's two thumbs up!
WONDERFUL!!! I could not have asked for a better once in a lifetime experience. I recommend that every bride go to Mary's, because they will come away feeling like the happiest girl in the world. The people are warm friendly and extremely helpful. They even helped me look for shoes at other places online. i got my wedding dress at Mary's and i would recommend anyone to go there ! i had excellent service , all the ladies are nice but my favorite is Krista ! she is just an absolute life saver , and excellent at what she does . I love Mary's and i would go back there for any type of dress i needed !
Mary's Bridal & Formal is thee place to go when looking for a prom dress or a wedding gown! I recently purchased my wedding gown at Mary's and couldn't be happier! The price is very reasonable, especially when the gown is from a newer line! I had a fabulous girl help me try on several dresses and I quickly went back to the second one I had tried on! I would have to say this was the most spectacular bridal experience, EVER! Even though appointments are encouraged they took me right back and showed me beautiful gowns that were priced perfectly. Every time I've been in the store all of the girls who work there are sweet as can be and are always kind. I give Marys' a 5 star rating, and then some!! PLUS they do alterations FREE OF CHARGE!!! Every other store I visited was going to charge me. Highly recommend Mary's to all brides.
I am absolutely pleased with this shop! It was the experience I was looking for!! I knew it wouldn't be like the bridal tv shows, but it was pretty close!! The prices were amazing! I get a free pair of shoes with my dress! (It's only for the bride). I can't wait for my dress to come in for me to go back! I would recommend this place to anyone!
Buying a wedding dress should be an exciting experience. When i walked in i had high hopes in finding the dress of my dreams, instead i walk in and the 3 women that worked that day just starred at me and basically refused to show me anything. I was extremely upset and felt like it was a complete waste of my time. To make things worse, i have a friend who is also getting married and had a very similar experience at this shop.
