Less than helpful. Mary Rutan is a great example of what you DON’T need when dealing with health care. UPDATE You recommended calling to discuss my concerns. I have, people I know have, my family has and we have ALL apparently wasted our time. A lot of lip service and not much else. No wonder you haven’t had any reviews in the last year, most are over 2 years old. Not sure what happened, you used to be one of the finest in the area. Certainly not the case now.
Dr. Yeater was exceptional in that she approached our problem with knowledge and expertise; explaining our various options. She showed kindness and compassion in connecting with our daughter and me, taking time to make us feel welcome. She's wonderful!
