From Tracy at the front desk handling scheduling and greeting me upon arrival and the ultrasound tech I was received warmly and all questions were answered. Thank you for a first time experience with specialty care.
Less than helpful. Mary Rutan is a great example of what you DON’T need when dealing with health care. UPDATE You recommended calling to discuss my concerns. I have, people I know have, my family has and we have ALL apparently wasted our time. A lot of lip service and not much else. No wonder you haven’t had any reviews in the last year, most are over 2 years old. Not sure what happened, you used to be one of the finest in the area. Certainly not the case now.
Dr. Yeater was exceptional in that she approached our problem with knowledge and expertise; explaining our various options. She showed kindness and compassion in connecting with our daughter and me, taking time to make us feel welcome. She's wonderful!
