Dr. Elkins was not available for an appointment and I was apprehensive about seeing the PA. I took the appointment available and found Michelle to be very kind (as is the rest of the staff). She listened to me and was very thorough with her questioning. Will not hesitate the next time Dr. Elkins is not available.
Michelle Katterheinrich is the best NP to take of my health issues. She takes the time and listens to my concerns.
