I had a similar experience as one of the reviewers on google. After I signed the contract, Mary wasn't communicative, she blamed me for not communicating when she was the one who didn't respond to my emails and texts for days. I am the client and have multiple streams of contact and you aren't going to contact me when you need additional information? She said she was busy with events when it took her days to respond but I'm a client too? There were a few things that weren't booked that I wanted planned so we had to scrap tho... read more
Our wedding day was absolutely spectacular! More than a year later, we continue to receive kind feedback from our guests and requests for wedding advice. All of this was despite the participation of Mary Rios Events in our wedding, however. They were helpful in a few ways, but we cannot recommend them. Our heart goes out to vendors recovering from the pandemic, but there is no reason to take it out on clients.
