I have had trouble for over a year not just with Mary but her staff as well. My son needs 2 prescriptions a month and every time we call them in there is miscommunication and he ends up being out of medicine before we can get it filled. They say give us five days for all medicine including the add medicine he is on. The last time we went to see Mary she was acting very weird I'm not sure if she was having g a bad day but she couldn't stop fidgeting couldn’t keep eye contact and was ready to rush us out. Mary Barnes is the most thorough, Attentive, passionate, and personable pediatrician we have ever had. I have five children, all who which see her and have never left there feeling like we didn’t have an answer for whatever element she always goes above and beyond for every one of my kids, and we are truly blessed to have a pediatrician of the caliber of Mrs Barnes.
Thorough and great bedside manner.
