They had scheduled us at 10 am on Tuesday on this week we waited until noon they call said they be out at 5 pm than we waited again they finally call at 6 pm and reschedule us Wednesday at noon now it is 2 pm today they finally show up not a very professional business to deal with when they did show up they did a good job but really should not over schedule people and keep putting them off
A term to buying my home was that a damper was to be put in the fireplace. I have been trying since April of 2019 to get this put in. They have no showed me several times and won’t answer or return phone calls. The top of my fireplace has been removed and sitting in the garage for months now. Horrible service & I would tell anyone to run far away from this business before giving them ANY money!!
No show. Twice.
I have used them for the past several years. Anthony is always friendly. They always call if they are running ahead or behind. He does a good job cleaning the fireplace at a reasonable rate.
They had me waiting and didnt show dont waste your time, they didt answer thier phone even when i tired to reach them after 10am Saturday Morning, thanks for no show
