I moved to Lindenhurst one year ago and needed to find a new primary doctor. Was I ever so thrilled to find Dr. Mary Mattheos. Every experience I have had so far has been wonderful. I would recommend this office highly.
I've been a patient of Dr. Mattheos for a number of years I can say that she is very knowledgeable, listens to your questions and works with you to get to the root of your ailment(s). And the staff there are great, especially Christina and Donna who have been there for years!!
This office has a serious communication problem. They NEVER answer the phone, and voicemails—no matter how urgent—are rarely, if ever, returned. I'm currently dealing with a significant insurance issue and neither I nor my insurance company can get anyone to call us back, despite multiple attempts. This isn't a one-time thing—it's routine. Every time I'm in the office, there are several staff members at the front desk, so it's hard to understand why it's so difficult to reach someone or receive a callback in a reasonable tim... read more
I’ve been coming to Dr Mattheos office for many years and have always found her to be extremely competent, kind and professional. I especially appreciate the personal care she provides and feel confident that she goes above and beyond with my best interests in mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
