Very rude and hang up on you when they can't answer simple questions. Stay away
Kari helped plan my family's first trip to Europe. Plane reservations, hotels and trains. She was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips. She responds to emails and phone calls quickly and answered every question we had. Thanks to her, the trip went flawlessly! That included a last minute airport change because of the strike at Heathrow.
This place is a waste of time. It’s 2 and 1/2 times cheaper to buy tickets yourself off any travel website. Their planning services are a complete joke.
North Travel Service was a huge help in planning a bachelor party. Jeremy and his team could not have been more helpful and easier to work with. Thanks again North Travel Service!
