Poor customer service, complete indifference to the customer. The lady who was doing my nails cut me because of being too distracted talking to her coworker, then got “surprised” when I asked why this keeps happening and then she just LEFT. Didn’t say a word. Her colleague had to finish the service. Embarrassing childish behavior. Quality of work is worth one star since my nails were not even shaped evenly, and I now have a cut on one of them.
