I went for gell nails only was told 25 When I sit down told her again only wanted gel nails. When I started to leave was charged 45. She said it was a manicure. Which it wasn't. Polish was all over my cuticles. She didn't file my nails. The shop is very messy

Called today for appointment, she gave me one but then asked if I can do earlier than scheduled. I told her I couldn't get out of work I'll keep the one we scheduled. Well 30 minutes before my appointment she called to cancel me. Not great customer service.

The people were so nice, BUT it’s too 3 hours!!! the Hispanic woman did horrible and even admitted that she wasn’t licensed to do nails. First picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got. It looks way better on camera and even men were telling me they looked bad. I really want my money back especially since she’s not legally allowed to do nails. Also I popped them off that night.

Don’t go here ! I walked in at 5:10pm asking can they do my nails and a pedicure and they said yes they can . Then as I was sitting down getting my nails done the girl kept saying she had somewhere to be at 6:30pm so I felt like my nails were being rushed . Then as time go by the other lady which I think is the owner stated that she couldn’t do my pedicure and if I could come back the next day .
