I have been a pt of Dr Murray for a couple of years now and she is very nice, kind and knowledgeable! She has helped me in more ways than one! Her staff, and receptionists, Dawn, Theresa and her nurses, I apologize as I don’t know all of their names are caring, and always greet you with a smile! I highly recommend Dr Murray and her colleagues!I would give them 100 stars if I could!!
I’m writing this on behalf of my Mom, who recently saw Dr. Murray for alarming symptoms that required immediate attention and follow-up testing. It’s now been over a week, and we have yet to receive any communication from her office regarding the results, despite multiple calls and urgent requests for information. My wife tired to get an appointment with this practice. They state that they are "specialist" in Menopausal women but my wife was not able to see any of their doctors because the DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE!!! How can you profess to be helpful to post menopausal women and not accept the primary insurance for women over 64!?
I know she’s very popular. While she was helpful with routine matters ie Pap smear, she was a huge failure when trying to discuss HRT. She actually referred me to the DERMATOLOGIST (at her old office on Imperial St) and basically just left the room. It was a serious dismissal and failure in my care. She is not educated on current HRT updates and it’s to her patients’ detriment. I struggled for 2 years bc of her and then found comprehensive, true mid-life GYN care.
