My mother had wait 13 months for an appointment and it was a waste of time. She didn't listen to my mother at all about her problems and just put her own medication she's already been on and didn't work.
I had a zoom call with Dr Moran after a referral by my PCP. Her staff followed up promptly and answered all my questions. I had an appointment within a reasonable period of time. Dr Moran was professional and courteous, but most importantly she was very familiar with my detailed medical history and helped me understand the test results and next steps. I was particularly impressed with the depth of her understanding of my records, and how well she helped me understand what was going on. Very much recommended.
