One Star – and that’s generous This was, without question, one of the most disrespectful and disappointing medical appointments I have ever experienced. Awful experience. No phone etiquette or basic customer service skills. First impressions are everything, they clearly don’t care and didn’t even try. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Refused to give a referral to the oncologist I've been using for 6 months for the AML Leukemia, failed to notice from blood work that my potassium was dangerously low (something I have to have infusions for weekly but cant due to referral) had to hospitalized to get my potassium back up to a normal level. She lied about not being able to refer my, everyone else stated she could refer me to the specialist of my choice. Had a very terrible experience with this doctor. This happened several years ago, but the experience was so terrible that it’s literally stayed with me till today. Shamed me for having mild emotional difficulties, and when I challenged her on her behavior, she asked if I was having thoughts about harming myself and passive aggressively implied committing me to a psychiatric hospital just because she didn’t want to work that day/do her job.
