One of the best Doctors out there on the field 🏑 and extremely competent service for the public and yet 5 starts
Probably the best bed side manner I’ve ever seen. Made me feel so comfortable, answered all questions. Extremely pleasant. Clinical staff and front desk staff also very pleasant. Would recommend Dr McHugh in a heartbeat.
Dr. McHugh is very good, although the office staff is very abrupt, rude. Always put on lengthy holds, messages were not communicated to doctor, requested call backs- numerous times, never happened, some medication clarifications were not remediated at all and some were not acknowledged . I will not be going back to this practice.
An amazing experience with. Dr. McHugh. The office is very organized and literally ZERO wait time. The nurse who checked me in too was also very nice. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and was literally called in a few minutes later. Dr. McHugh came into the room and introduced herself with a smile on her face. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole exam too. I'm in Menopause so estrogen levels causing a bit of issues is why I went to see her and wanted a female doctor. 20 minutes on the phone for nothing. Ended up booking elsewhere because I was continously placed on hold and they gave away the initial appointment then told me I have to wait over a month for the next available.
