Clearly having a colonoscopy or EGD is not anything you want to experience. However, I can honestly say that Dr. McDonald and her staff were amazing. They were very patient and professional from the time I scheduled my appointment to my actual procedure. I had called multiple times asking questions even as to what flavor of gatorade I should purchase. Dr. McDonald is very professional yet personable. She has definitely shown that she is very concerned with my well-being; even to the point of calling me after hours if she thinks something needs to be addressed asap. As I've gotten to know her better, she has definitely shown that she focuses on her patients as people and not just an appointment. I have been very, very happy with her care.
I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald's for over 21 years. She's always been professional, caring and is very knowledgeable. Through surgeries and my extended care, I've am pleased to recommend Dr. Mary McDonald.
