I was seeking PT for a bulged disk that was causing spasms of the piriformis muscle and excruciating sciatica pain. I was dealing with stress incontinence during my daily exercise walks, which made me crazy! I had the pleasure of working with Mel for about 1 1/2 mos. She explained a great deal of pelvic floor muscular physiology to me. Basically my PF muscles were too tight, and I was doing kegels incorrectly. She introduced PT to relax and lengthen those muscles along with belly breathing. I now manage stress with this breathing technique. In less than 2 months I'm now back to DRY walks! I absolutely love this place! I had to go there for postpartum complications and my PT was able to get me to my goal quicker than I expected. Would HIGHLY recommend.

EXCELLENT CARE. Thank you, Mary, for helping me to overcome the most severe allodynia using various de-sensitization techniques. You were the first one to suggest it and it worked. It is one symptom that is 100% gone. Thank you for the level of care you showed me! Highly recommend.
