This practice I called this morning. I thought I was being interrogated before I even told them what I was coming in for. The person who answers the phone for Appts is very rude. I asked about making a appt and the first thing she wanted to know was about my insurance. Then after she took my information she gave me a chance to cut in so in tried to explain it was for my daughter then she put me a hold. Again I never seen such rudeness.
