Super disappointing experience. We decided to go with a local agent to get a personal experience. We got the opposite as we have had to make numerous efforts to get someone from the office to call back. Lacking a personal response, we attempted online requests that typically ended in a message asking us to call the office. After a couple of years of frustration, we made the switch back to one of the online companies.
