5 year former customer. Great staff, bad management. Inconsistent scheduling, varying rates and demeaning customer service from the owner.
My husband and I used Mary Maid Cleaning Service for over five years. The staff has always been friendly and polite, which we greatly appreciate. However, we've encountered challenges with inconsistent schedules, communication issues, and variations in the quality of cleaning. Despite these issues, we remained loyal because of our appreciation for the staff. Terrible
My experience was exceptional! They did an excellent and through move-out deep clean of my apartment. No corner was left untouched and I was blown away by the service. The owner was also very responsive and able to work with my schedule. I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat!
Mary cleaning team is very friendly and professional. They always do a great good. No standing around just working to completion. My house always smells clean when they leave. If you need a cleaning service I suggest you give her a call.
