Every time I have a pap done and an exam, after receiving social security(SS), my insurance will not cover the code they use. This service should be covered at 100%. I called SS and they asked that the billing person call SS so they could get the correct billing code SS says should be used. This has happened twice where I had been charged for this service. It takes forever for me to keep calling to clear this up. Dr. Yenchick has been great to work with but the office and billing…..UGH
For 3+ years I was wrongly diagnosed, my symptoms ignored & gaslit. Dr. Yenchik diagnosed & treated me. She listened to my concerns, showed empathy & compassion. She gave me back a piece of my sanity. I highly recommend her for women’s health matters. My experience with her office staff has also been great. Very organized, simple/seemless process and polite staff members.
She is the best and staff she doesn’t judge you she cares no matter how many times u see her she never judges u she always listens I love her
Edit: just got ANOTHER $300 bill for testing that was unneeded because again, the doctor kept saying it wasn’t what it was!! $7 test confirmed they were wrong, they never ran my sample after taking it, and I had to go through multiple appts and treatments. Now they want $600 for what should’ve been an annual checkup! Outside of money for treatments. Rotten. Came in for annual and complained of symptoms of a minor infection. This review is not pertaining the doctor herself but to the office staff. Extremely unprofessional. They have you come in 2 weeks early to fill out paperwork, verify insurance, etc. but call you 3 days before your appointment and cancel. This is atrocious conduct and as someone who works in healthcare I have never seen visits or insurance verification handled this way. Patients beware of the hurdles you will jump through and time wasted!
