The doctor and her staff are great, but getting in touch with her or even a receptionist or representative at Henry Ford can be very difficult. There is no direct office line and the main 1-800 Henry Ford number often has extremely long wait times. Making an appointment, leaving a message for the doctor, or following up on a prescription can be very frustrating. This is not the doctor’s fault but the system can create a lot of stress for patients.
Both Dr Megally and her team are very kind, helpful, and patient. She has really helped me with my migraines. Under her care, I have fewer and less severe headaches than I've had in 15 years. She is young. Perhaps, that is why she has few reviews, but she, and her team really deserves the 5 stars.
She is so passionate and caring. I had a migraine for over two months. Went to the infusion clinic and boom migraine gone. I had to rest for a few days but it was needed. She has always given me the best treatment.
