Mary has helped me greatly with some difficult transitions over the last few years. Compounding grief, unexpected loss, relationship issues, religious trauma and stress/anxiety, among other things. Through Mary’s guidance I have gained mindfulness which has been life changing. I would absolutely recommend Mary to everyone I know!

I’ve been seeing Mary for over a year. I’d previously not connected with a therapist and felt like I needed a change. Mary is caring, thoughtful, supportive, and has changed the most stressful and anxiety producing parts of my life into moments of strength and growth.
