I have no idea why someone would give this practice 5 stars. I recently had dealings with them and her staff were absolutely awful to deal with. I had a question about billing and I got upset because the billing staff were being so rude on the phone, they flat out refused to answer my questions, refused to provide coding used on my exam, talked down on me, and to top it off when I told the billing person I was getting upset and needed to get off the phone she laughed at me.
