Dr. Niland was my pcp my whole childhood. I left every single appointment in tears feeling so violated due to the way she touched me even after expressing multiple times that I DID NOT CONSENT. I remember multiple instances when I was much younger of kicking and swatting at her. Not to mention the fact that she never once believed my symptoms, and after seeing a different doctor who believed me, I was diagnosed with gastroparesis.
Both of our boys, now teenagers, have been patients of Dr. Niland since they were newborns. I cannot possibly say enough about how incredible Dr. Niland and the entire staff at Step by Step is. They genuinely make you feel heard and cared-for. Dr. Niland is kind and calm, and both of our boys feel very comfortable with her. We are so sincerely thankful for her.
We love Dr. Niland, she is always very nice and responds every question we have without hesitation. They have the best practice in Westerville.
We have been with Step by Step pediatrics since 2017 for two kids recommend the practice to all of our friends. We've always had positive experiences with Dr Nyland and couple of other doctors we've seen during regular and emergency visits.
