I had surgery with Dr. Kiernan today. I have been suffering from a chronic issue of very heavy menstrual bleeding and intermittent spotting. She was actually the 3rd doctor I consulted before making my final decision. Her explanation was very clear, and she was the only doctor willing to perform the procedure under sedation instead of general anesthesia. This is one of the worst experiences in my life. She was pushing an early induction very heavily on my wife due to the baby being a tad small. When i disagreed with her she became very defensive and left the room many times due to my "hostility". I was calm stating my concerns and she kept deferring to my wife saying "it's her choice" then proceeded to try and schedule a date with her and ignoring me. Why does Dr k have 3.0 stars ?? She is the best!! She delivered my first baby back in march.. I had the best experience.i hope my new insurance accepts her
