Worst hospital I have ever been to. I have epilepsy and and I'm supposed to take my medicine at 8:am but the nurse gave me my medicine at 12: noon. The nurse also over dosed me on my meds. When I told her I felt the room she said it was because of the medicine. ... I had a procedure last month (columnoscopy) . All staff so nice, specially Dr. Maria (anesthesiologist). Miki, nurse joan. I want to say Thank you to do you work with professionalism and excellence.
Two weeks ago I had a cardiac episode (heart attack). Of course it happened at 1:30AM. 911 was amazing as the paramedics from the Flavor Pict station came immediately—professional, efficient and very nice—which was important in this scary emergency. Arrived at the ER at Delray Medical Center and had the greatest nurse, Jordan. I was evaluated immediately, and met the most efficient doctors and together with Jordan given the best ER treatment. Poor listening skills. She didn't communicate well at all. Has offered little help. I am switching doctor's.
Unless you’re taken unconscious, by ambulance, avoid this ER. Took my daughter there and the doc came in and said in a rude manner to my daughter, “who is he to you?” Never looked at or spoke to me. He had the bed side manner of Shreck making my daughter very uncomfortable. Don’t plan to return.
Billing their patients wrong and not doing anything about it to fix it!! They literally stole money from me! Charged my credit card with the wrong amount - they billed service that I didn’t even receive !! Been trying to get the money back that has been wrongfully taken but no one seems to be responsible . People check your bills very carefully !! Don’t hand them your card , they might haven taken the wrong amount from you as well
Absolutely the worst experience with a doctor in 60 years. I’m retired military 23 years and on Veterans Day, I chose to go to my pain management appointment instead enjoying the day as a veteran. Dr Kasturi is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional, loud, demeaning, rude and most of all disrespectful towards patients. I have nothing bad to say about the nursing staff and doctors at the center, they are all very good. However, I cannot say the same for the billing department. I had eye surgery on April 9, 2025. At the day of surgery, Rhonda in billing, told me I would need to pay $4300 toward the surgery because my deductible had not been met. I understand that, but when all the claims to the surgeon, anesthesia and surgery center were completed, the amount I actually owed the center was $2699. I was lucky enough to be part of the Pulmonary Rehab program at St Joseph's. I live in Green Valley Arizona and was put on supplemental oxygen 24/7 with no medical reason given. in December 2024. I lived with Oxygen into the spring of 2025. I started my calls to try to get into pulmonary rehab. I finally got a referral from my heart doctor. The referral eventually went through and after my pulmonary embolism in April. The Rehab team started calling me and finally got me into the unit on a weekly basis. This team is 5 ... read more
