This is the worse place ever and it’s not safe for your children at all. The utilities are not included, they have taken multiples residents money and have not applied it to the water bill or rent at all; the ladies in the office are completely horrible and very disrespectful. I had my newborn child and needed the air fixed in the scorching summer and they didn’t take it seriously, so I had to call corporate for it to get fixed. PLEASE BRING MRS JADA BACK. This place was and is going to continue to go down hill, new management, Gateway and Marqueta are disgustingly disrespectful. My air is out for months on end, payments are mixed up, building is so dirty and nasty now, I just don’t know what to do anymore. Rent continues to rise .. this is just not promising anymore. It was going in a good direction, now it’s just a hood dump. Good luck to anyone coming in.

I don’t recommend, from my experience, they don’t fix anything, rent went up $200 on rent, my air conditioning had been broken for a month, my son have to come down to fix things in my apartment me and my three small children have to sleep in a hot apartment, so, I don’t recommend this place. Management isn’t always friendly, lie about fixing things and never come to fix it. I’m looking for other living options.
