I’ve been trying to get in contact with the clinic to set a schedule and my call was being transferred multiple times to different persons and when I got answered the receptionist was very rude. I’m being so nice in asking yet she just ended the call suddenly and telling the clinic is not taking any patients at all!!!
She listens and we discuss. I am allowed to be a participant in my care. She explains results so I understand what they mean. It is always a wonderful experience.
Dr. Pastoral is fantastic. She takes time to explain things to you and is attentive. The office staff is friendly and professional. Amy who is Dr.Pastoral’s assistant is absolutely wonderful! She is friendly and comforting and is really good at her job.
