I'm terribly disappointed in the doctor's office staff. Every time I call, they sound frustrated, angry or like you're wasting their time. They are confused and typically give you the wrong information or just try to get you off the phone. It took me 3 months to have the staff call in a referral for an X-ray and I had to call them every day to finally get a hold of someone who was willing to help me. I look forward to changing this doctor's office from being my Primary -- as I have an HMO so am stuck for a year. Truly sad. P... read more
