Truly thought Dr Koenigs was a wonderful Dr. ,realized its just business the sincerity is just a ploy,'I had my yearly physical ,she asked if I needed anything else I said yes a refill on my acyclovir.I didn't realize she would then bill me for a level 4 appointment,not a level 1 or 2, nope right to a level 4 for a refill request,,If you are not medicare age and have a deductable, DO NOT ask for a refill it cost 198.00 for a 5 dollar script I could've got from my dentist!
The best Doc ever had. She is caring, compassionate, understanding. She talks to you like you not just a patient she talks to like a human being and listens to you and helps in any way possible. I recommend her to anyone.
