Dr Kanoza is amazing!! She has been my primary care physician for 8 years. My only complaint would be Peggy, she’s rude, condescending and just uncaring, completely unprofessional. I will be seeking a new provider as I wish to never have contact with her again. How she is employed in patient care is a mystery and tragedy. To make patients who are sick or injured feel hopeless is unacceptable. Do better Dr. Kanoza. I do hope you record calls and randomly screen them…..then get rid of Peggy.
