The customer service lady at the desk was very pleasant. She even gave me a little New Year's calendar with their business information. She was very helpful, even though I made a mistake and took the wrong watch initially. The next day I went back and spoke to the jeweler himself. He was full of insight regarding the jewelry market and seems to have many years of experience. Very happy with his customer service as well.
