The customer service lady at the desk was very pleasant. She even gave me a little New Year's calendar with their business information. She was very helpful, even though I made a mistake and took the wrong watch initially. The next day I went back and spoke to the jeweler himself. He was full of insight regarding the jewelry market and seems to have many years of experience. Very happy with his customer service as well. I had my husband’s and my wedding bands repaired and they actually looked better than they did when they were new 31 years ago! They also have beautiful jewelry available to buy. Both Lynn and Tim were excellent to work with and very knowledgeable.
