The lady answering the phone at the Lake Placid Main Ave location is extremely rude. My husband called to figure out how to get in with this provider because he was a patient of the previous doctor at this location, the receptionist was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Any question he asked or information he provided, her answer or response was “well I don’t know..” she was unpleasant and seemed not interested in doing her job. Mary has helped me better than most doctors I have had. My previous doctor had me on certain lotions for my dry skin condition and day one of seeing Mary she swapped me to something that was just a night and day difference. She'll take care of you if you let her.
