I took my child for evaluation in 2003. I am still so grateful for her approach to evaluation. In a world ready to diagnose everyone with an issue she is objective yet positive in identifying concerns and suggesting solutions. If you are looking for a therapist to help you or your child function better in their environment, this is a great psychologist. I contacted Mary about seeking help with my 7 year old son who has some anger issues. On our first phone conversation before she has met me, my son, or asked any background information, she told me that telling a 7 year he needs therapy is psychologically damaging. The implication that I even approached it with my child in that manner is insulting.
