Some of the ladies at the front are friendly. The majority of them are rude, tend to roll their eyes and should not be working at a pediatrician's office. Dr. Strength was a great pediatrician almost a decade ago, but she seems to have become so jaded that she has forgotten how to listen to her patients and their parents. I have never had a more than 2 minute conversation with her and my son has been going here for 3 years. She is rude and dismissive and has a horrible bedside manner. She needs to retire.
